Charles is well qualified and experienced to deliver all aspects of financial management to large or small charities or social enterprises.He is a professional qualified accountant and Alumni of the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE). He is a former Director of Finance and Information Technology working in both voluntary and private sectors including establishing new businesses. He has worked on high profile projects both in UK and abroad.

He has extensive experience in strategic financial planning, finance & treasury management, risk analysis, taxation, auditing, private sector finance, information technology and new build development finances.

He has contributed to national policy as the Finance Policy Officer. He has been the co-editor of a Private Finance Manual and provided secretarial technical support for the first Standard of Recording Practice (SORP) for UK. His main interests focus on international development.
