Ken has 20 years senior management experience in advice and information services (Statutory and Voluntary Sector). He has an excellent track record in strategic management, managing change and financial management. Ken has a wide range of management training and focused experience in Business planning and Strategic development; supporting trustees providing a range of reports; developing social policy ;winning new funding; and providing reports to funders.
Ken has a degree in Social Policy and Political Studies. He has gained wide experience of staff and volunteer management in small organisations. He has excellent IT skills including system development. Due to his supportive management style he is able to motivate people ensuring the organisations he works for progress.
